Bought thisBrand new HP ProBook 450 G5, running on Windows 10 Pro 64bit. Afte adding it to the office domain. the network ethernet icon shows no internet access with yellow triangle on it.
Connecting it also to our central scanner is not working. scanner cant communicate with the machine thru the network.
Two other HP Laptop in the network have similar Specification and same Windows Operating system but have no issue on the domain.
I returned the laptop and get the replacement, same model and specification, but same issue. I was thinking it must be the OS.
Need help.

Hi
So it connects to the Office network and all is well?
To get to the internet you would want a Gateway IP address.
So if there are 'identical' machines check their settings against yours.
Perhaps this, copy and paste into Notepad, save as LBB.bat and double click to run.
@ECHO OFF getmac systeminfo PowerShell -Command "Get-NetAdapter" PowerShell -Command "Get-NetAdapter -Name * | Format-Table -View Driver" PowerShell -Command "GIP -Detailed" PowerShell -Command "Test-NetConnection" PAUSE
