Internet Connection, fixed adapter and rebooted but not connecting

HP Recommended
HP Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Internet will not connect.  Ran troubleshooter and fixed adapter, rebooted router, and still not connecting. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Other devices are connecting to wireless internet.

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Did you make any changes on the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
