Hello
I bought this laptop a few months ago for school. Everything seemed to be working right until the second week of school, where the Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz just stopped working, giving me a Code 10/Code 43.
I was able To switch the values around to get the driver to pick up signal, which I had to do for a few days before I went down to the tech services department at my college.
The simple fix was downloading the latest driver updates and finagling with the system before the driver started to work again. I thought that’s all the issues sorted, and went on my merry way.
however, this week, the driver acted up again and now isn’t working, even if I’m at home (the driver didn’t have issues before connecting up to the Wi-Fi at my house, only at school)
I went down to tech services again, and after three days, they could not find a fix for the drivers, even when trying everything they could
i have no idea what to do now, whether I need to get a brand new parts or just a simple fix, I cannot do a lot on my laptop for the time being since the driver seems to be plagued with something.
Not even a Wi-Fi option appears in the dashboard to allow me to at least try and connect, just nothing
