Hello,
For the last month, my one-year-old HP laptop will disconnect from the internet or stay connected but stop loading web page content after a few minutes. I've updated the drivers, run optimization scans, scanned for viruses, unplugged/restarted the router, replaced the router, etc. These things worked temporarily. The only thing that seems to work (but never for long) is toggling off/on the wifi button.
I get errors like:
- Network error occurred. Please check internet connection and try again.
- The DNS server is not responding.
- Your computer is trying to use a DNS server that is incorrect or doesn't exist.
- Check proxy, firewall and DNS settings.
- ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
Would greatly appreciate any assistance with this.
