Internet connection issue

HP Recommended
Pavilion x360 m3 convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While I was in the middle of an online lecture, I got kicked out of my internet. I am not even able to see the wood or Bluetooth options on my setting or in the bottom right corner. I troubleshooted my computer using HP assist and it said to reset my modem and router. I did. They work perfectly and my internet works on my tvs. But I still don’t have those options on my laptop (WiFi or Bluetooth). Any suggestions?

I do not believe your machine uses Bluetooth to connect to Internet.  Before we can help, we need to know what EXACTLY is your Pavilion x360 m3 convertible ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

Regards.
