HP Laptop 15-db0xxx

My laptop will not connect to the internet anymore. I've reset it, done the troubleshooting, and connected it to an ethernet cord. I attempted to contact HP support but I would lose connection and have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for them to connect back. This is the 2nd HP laptop that has had this issue and I'm sick of it!
