Hi,
I have a problem regarding my internet connectivity. Whenever the notebook goes into idle mode, my internet connection gets lost. I currently do have an Asix USB to Gigabit adapter, the device manager however does not have any power management options for this device. The only thing I could do here is switch "Energy Efficient Ethernet" to off, which didn't solve the problem. The WIFI Adapter also doesnt offer any power management options.
I also disabled HP Intelligent Hibernate in the BIOS, but this also did not solve the issue.
This is really anying, especially if you perform a backup to a NAS for example, the upload immediately fails as soon as the notebook is in idle mode. Same when working with a VPN, the connction gets immediately dropped and I have to re-auth again.
It would be nice to know, if there is some setting or option I'm missing here.
My wifi adapter:
MediaTek Wi-Fi 6E MT7922 (RZ616) 160MHz PCIe Adapter
Thanks in advance!
