I have an new brand HP laptop 14-dq1003la but when i was setting it up and I realized that I couldn't connect my laptop to my 5G wi fi (5ghz), how can I solve that problem?

Your machine has single antenna, you can replace existing wifi card with
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac 1 × 1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2
