Here is the link to the support page for your PC, where you can find all of the drivers you need.
You need this ethernet (wired network) driver...

As you can see, there are many different wifi adapter drivers, so if you go to the device manager and post the hardware ID for the device you see labeled as a Network Controller, I will post the link to the correct wifi driver you need.

Download the ethernet driver from another PC, copy it to a USB flash drive, plug that into your g7, and install the driver.
