Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please help me I am unable to do anything. I recently formatted it, after which I updated all drivers and even gave it on remote assistance, still no solution. Please help me out or else I will clam warranty and leave rest to HP 😞

Do you have other devices that work with the Internet?

 

Have you tried connecting this Notebook to another Network to check?

 

Also let me know if the issue is only with the Internet lagging or with the Notebook performance itself
