Product: Hp laptop 15,dB l xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop says no network internet wireless. I save iPad  cellphone all work fine connecting to internet so it's not the modem/router.

 

It says cable prob but type not connected by ethernet its wireless and worked fine. Now did change password for the modem but that's not the network security key.so what's going on worked fube before now no internet, ran trouble shooting

1 turn modem of wait ten sec and try again. Nothing

Says cable disconnected. No ethernet cable on wireless internet connection

 

So what's wrong any ideas please advise thanks
