Just ran a speed test . . . 55 down and 222 up.MAY 20, 08:10
Any ideas?CPU - 91% . . . Memory - 87% . . . Disk - 73%MAY 20, 08:15

What is your HP machine ? Does it have hardware to support higher speed connections ? NOT all connections are the same.
