HP Laptop 15-da0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've tried every possible solution there is, from updating drivers to resetting my IP address and nothing works. Please help me. I get the "Unidentified network No internet access" message as well as the whole "Wifi doesn't have a valid configuration". Please help.

Can you try connecting with a cable, just to test if it is a wireless only issue.  Has it been working ok up to this point? Have you got a new router/modem or has your router/modem updated as this can add wpa3 authentication which can cause login issues.

Did your phone update?

It was working fine up until 5PM yesterday. Unfortunately I do not have a suitable cable to try and connect but my laptop does connect with my phone's mobile hotspot if that helps? As far as I know there have not been any updates, it just stopped working all of the sudden.

What phone is it?

HP Recommended

No, nothing out of the ordinary happened. I was watching a video on youtube and in the middle of it my internet connection just disappeared.

Hi, Thanks for the interest. All working via cable. Wireless icon disappeared after reloading windows 10. No sign of it in Device manager either.

Some help perhaps..

Try seeing if the device is hidden, some wireless sets disable when you plug in a cable.
