I believe you meant to write 255 G7...

 

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your model have?

 

The two I have come with RTL8821CE wifi adapters and I don't know if HP offered any other models than those.

 

If yours happens to have come with a RTL8822BE or CE Wi-Fi adapter, you could experiment with this card:

 

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP part # L35282-005.

 

The notebooks that come with the RTL8821CE Wi-Fi card only have one antenna wire and any Wi-Fi 6 adapter would require two antenna wires to work properly, which is why I didn't make any effort to try and upgrade mine.
