Hi @persia99841,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you've uninstalled the Realtek Bluetooth 5 driver from Device Manager, and Bluetooth is no longer showing up on your HP PC running Windows 11. No worries — you can easily reinstall it.

To Reinstall the Realtek Bluetooth Driver:

Option 1: Download from HP’s Official Website

  1. Go to the official HP support page:
    🔗 Official HP® Support
  2. Enter your PC’s model number (e.g., HP ENVY x360 14-fa0000, HP Pavilion 15-egxxxx, etc.)
  3. Select your operating system (Windows 11 should be detected automatically).
  4. Under the Driver – Network section, look for:
    • Realtek Bluetooth Driver
    • Download and install the latest version.
  5. Restart your PC after installation.

Option 2: Use Windows Update (Quick Method)

  1. Press StartSettingsWindows Update.
  2. Click Check for updates.
  3. Expand Optional Updates (if available) → Look for Realtek Bluetooth and install it.

Option 3: Use HP Support Assistant

  1. Open HP Support Assistant (pre-installed on most HP laptops).
  2. Click on Updates and Messages.
  3. Allow the tool to scan for the latest drivers.
  4. Install any updates related to Bluetooth or Realtek.

If Bluetooth is still missing from Device Manager after reinstalling:

  • Go to Device Manager → click ActionScan for hardware changes.
  • Check under "Network adapters" and "Bluetooth".
  • If still not visible, go into BIOS (F10 at startup) and make sure Bluetooth is enabled.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
