I installed the Intel be200 wifi card, and although I obtained wifi connection, it is unrecognizable in the Intel Driver and Support Assistant app. I spent hours with Intel to fix this issue and they recommend that I contact either the seller or HP. All of the drivers installed were correct and stated that the card is not compatible with my device, due to regional settings. Today, I tried connecting to Bluetooth, and even though my laptop recognized them, they do not connect and I can't uninstall them.
Any suggestions?

Hi @Mac2vd
I can only suggest that you verify that the wi-fi card is not Vpro, it must be non-Vpro and is sold in two models
