Product: HP EliteBook 830 G8 Notebook PC (19C73AV)

Hello. I have questions about hardware drivers for HP support:

1) In case of you don't have drivers for hardware that  HP use more then 3 years (for LInux) i have to use Windows, but i have issues with Networking. Network connection can't up until to reboot after interface switch. I mean if i use Ethernet and go to sleep or hibernation and then wake up i swithed do WIFI ( LTE), the connection can't established until reboot.
2) When you will create drivers for LTE  for Linux and i when can use  my Laptop fully? HP use the equal LTE hardware in products more then 3 years, does it too hard for HP specialists? The one man created own "driver" (on github) without access for hardware protocols that you have.
