I can't connect my print with my computer, with wifi.

Sure! Let's troubleshoot the connection between your HP Photosmart C4780 All-in-One Printer and your computer via Wi-Fi. Follow these steps:

 

 Check Printer’s Wi-Fi Connection

  1. On the printer, go to Setup > Network > Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the instructions to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network.
  2. Ensure the printer and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Restart Devices

  1. Restart your printer, router, and computer.
  2. Wait for 2 minutes after restarting and check if the printer appears on your computer.

 Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

  1. Download HP Print and Scan Doctor from HP’s official site.
  2. Open the tool and select your printer to diagnose and fix connection issues.

Check Printer Status on Computer

  1. Windows:
    • Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
    • Right-click your printer and select "Set as default printer".
    • If the printer is offline, right-click and select "Use Printer Online".
  2. Mac:
    • Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
    • Remove and re-add your printer if necessary.

 Reinstall Printer Drivers

  1. Uninstall old drivers:
    • Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, find HP Photosmart C4780, and uninstall it.
  2. Download and install the latest drivers from HP’s support page.
