Hi:
There are no W8 drivers for the the Intel 3165 AC wifi adapter.
You will need to connect via ethernet cable or USB wifi adapter, do the required updates to W8, so you can get the free upgrade to W8.1 from the Windows Store, and then you can use this W8.1 wifi driver...
Select the W8.1 32 bit wifi driver file.

Please post the hardware ID for the Network Controller, so I can figure out what driver you need for it.
