Keyboard HSA-D01K is constantly disconnected

Hello,

My wireless keyboard with the HSA-D01K model continues to shut down continuously at random. The only way to get it to reconnect with the pc is to remove and reinsert the batteries.

I've searched several HP forums and found no way to solve the problem.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the keyboard disconnects from the computer randomly.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you tested the keyboard on a different computer?
