Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I am facing multiple problems at the same time.Suddenly one moring after restarting the laptop i found out my some buttons of keyboard not working.I for sure know that its not a hardware issue because sometimes the keyboard fixes itself, again sometimes it doesnt work!  Also,i had been facing wireless network issues for a very long time,,like off and on.Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. But now it is completely gone! i cant find it in the device manager.I tried installing the wireless driver and still cant find it.My laotop is acting crazyyyy and functioning reallyyyy slow.

I have tried the hardware diagnostic system for the keyboard and wireless network. For the wireless network the result came out to be "not installed" on the computer but which i manually did.And for the keyboard test i found out whatever shown in picture below. So help me?? Thank you.IMG_20181103_124312.jpgIMG_20181103_124312.jpg

Which version of Windows 10 is installed?  (i.e. this desktop PC has Windows 10 (64-bit) version 18267 installed)

Did this happen after Windows 10 Updates?  Are you aware that you can remove updates?

Have you used the HP Hardware Diagnopstics utility to test the system?

The Error code is Failure code 800  which is decoded to an I/O device failure (keyboard error)

Connect a USB keyboard to see if the issue stays the same with an external keyboard.

Have you looked in the Device Manager to see if all of the drivers are installed?

What is the brand and model of the installed wifi adapter?

The Windows 10 drivers for your notebook are available at the link below.

The OS does not even see a wifi adapter, according to the image of the Device Manager.

Connect a CAT5 cable to the notebook fromn your router and use Windows update. The version yoiu should have is Windows 10 version 1803.

I suggest using the Intel website to get the latest chipset driver. I will see if I can find the correct Intel chipset utility for you.

@ami_eva

download and run the Intel Driver and support assistant to get the most current chipset driver. A link is below this.

I suggest purchasing and using a USB wifi dongle to get wireless again. The installed wifi adapter, unless it is turned off, may no longer be  useable.

Did you not read my reply completely?

If the LAN NIC works then connecting the notebook to the internet will allow you to use Windows update.

Great!

No worries. We are here to help.

Did you also consider using a USB wifi dongle as I suggested?
