Hi,
Can anyone tell me how I supposed to open my laptop?
I removed screws, but apparently need keyboard removal tool to pop the back.
Any idea how to do that without this tool?
I'm trying to swap my wifi card

Page 19 of the following manual tells you which tools do you need

Hi,
it looks like it's p21 and there is keyboard removal tool on that list.
On p32-p33 is the procedure which requires this tool.
I do not know what tool exactly you reference, quick google search show 5 different types of this tool - none of which looks like one depicted in the manual.
The manual one looks more like thumb screw than anything else.
Is there anything else I can use, or is there any other way I can oopen the back of my laptop?
Regards

Hi,
I know, I've read the manual (with all due respect you did not read my last message).
The same manual that does not have a reference, SKU or anything that could lead me to at least look for similar tool.
Use google, type in keyboard removal tool. There's 5 to 8 different types of it. NONE of which looks like the one in the manual.
So how the f... I'm I supposed to find out which is the right one?
Or am I being punished by HP to be too poor to pay for fixing my laptop?
The manual tells you what tool do you need without telling you what tools do you need.
This is horse**bleep**
