Help! I have noticed that every time I turn on my 15 days old HP laptop, my internet and cable crashes for a couple of minutes. This happened like 20 times already. I have already tried upgrading my network, changing my modem (I asked my ISP to change it cuz I thought it was the problem), resetting my WHOLE laptop, upgrading my BIOS! I don’t use my Hp laptop a lot because I also have a mac, but I use it for apps that are not available for mac that’s why it’s very important to me. Please Help!
