Product: HP ProBook 445 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (4L397AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I noticed that this light appeared just below the F2 key and it always stays on, even when turning off the keyboard or turning off the notebook, the light always stays on.
