Product: HP Spectre Folio - 13-ak0005tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Spectre Folio Laptop's LTE connection has stopped working.  The Network & Internet settings recognises the mobile network but it says that my connection has not been activated or has expired.  The simple fact is that I used the SIM in my mobile phone, without any problems, then took it out and put it in the laptop and it doesn't work.

 

I need this to work as I often use the feature when I am not at home and connected to wifi
