Product: Zbook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi Everyone,
I have a Zbook that can connect to the network and receives an Ip address from the DHCP server but the status says no network/internet connection and the troubleshooting wizard says invalid ip configuration.
The IPv4 config is set to DHCP as it should
Have tried reinstalling the driver for the lan adapter in device manager.
Have tried restoring to the original Windows image.
Other zbooks/laptops connect without any trouble.
Wifi access is fine.
I'm officially out of ideas. It was able to install Windows from an image on our server using pxe boot but I can't understand why it thinks it's IP config is invalid.
Please help
