Hi all !!!,  the speed limit for wifi connecction is 72mbps  (actually i have a 500mbps from my ISP). I read that is a common  problem but i don't know how to resolve.

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

 

If it has the single band RTL8723DE Wi-Fi adapter, 72 MBPS is the maximum throughput that card can achieve.

You're very welcome.

 

If you are interested, you can replace that model Wi-Fi card with this one, which is dual band, and has a maximum throughput of 433 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band.

 

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1×1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported)   HP part # L17365-005.

 

You can find the above model Wi-Fi card on eBay or Ali Express.

 

Search by the HP part number.
