Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169X0AV)

My HP ENVY Laptop 15-edxxx (convertible) randomly restarts in the middle of working with a light blue screen saying "rtux64w10.sys - stop code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". This is frustrating as because I have to stay connected via ethernet during work hours, I'm kicked off of important calls, and this happens during Teams meetings.

 

I have updated all HP drivers and Windows 11 (version 23H) is updated. 

 

Does anyone know what causes this?
