You're very welcome.

Since I know those are the right drivers, now you can try manually installing them which would be the only other suggestion I can offer.

The Bluetooth driver probably installed.

You can look under the Bluetooth device manager category in the device manager, and there should be a Realtek Bluetooth adapter listed there.

For the wifi...Go to the device manager.

Click on the Network Controller needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for drivers option, and browse to the wifi driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp107515.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and hopefully, the driver will install that way.

Then the wifi should be working.

Hi:

You need these wifi and bluetooth drivers for the Network Controller device...

This package contains drivers for the Intel Wireless LAN adapter in supported computer models that are running a supported Windows 10 operating system.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp103501-104000/sp103641.exe

This package contains the driver installation package for the Intel Bluetooth in the supported Universal Windows Platform (UWP)-based notebook/laptop models running Windows 10 v1709 or later.

I downloaded the two files and put them on a flash drive which I then put into the laptop but after running both of them there was no change I also tried to update the drivers using the built in thing it does to look for them but that didnt work either.

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with an Intel 7265 wifi adapter.

Please go to the device manager and post the hardware ID's for the Network Controller device so I can confirm that is the model wifi adapter installed.

Use this guide to find the hardware ID for a device...

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_B822&028000

OK, thanks.

HP pulled a switcheroo and installed an equivalent but different model wifi adapter.
