HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-em0000 (72X31AV)

Hello, 

My laptop has constant Wifi issues. I have updated the wifi card drivers, re-installed windows and the problem remains. I just realized that this problem exists even when I am using a usb wifi antenna and not the built in wifi adapter. I really don't know what to do. This is a horrible experience that has been happening since I bought the laptop. 

 

Edit: This is not happening to other laptops in my network. And this problem is happening in multiple WiFi.

I bought the same computer on February 13 and there has not been any way to make this work in any wifi network. I even updated the BIOS on the computer but the problem still persists. I went to the store but unfortunately their return policy gives only 12 days and they suggested that I contact HP for a solution. Have you done that by any chance?

I sent it to HP for repair. I really doubt they will do anything. I am seriously considering of selling this piece of junk when I get it back and buy a laptop from a reputable company. Even their service is hoirrible...

I spent about an hour with a technician online and they remotely accessed my computer to check the software status and settings. So far, they have not been able to detect where is the issue. They suggest that we use the HP recovery tool but I did not have a 32Gb flash drive with me so I need to get one and resume the session. I don't think that is going to be a viable solution but  heck, I am going through their steps to show that this computer is defective.
