Laptop issues

Example: hp 14-dk0002dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a laptop model 14-dk0002dx and I want to verify some information. Whenever I try to log in, its saying that the password is incorrect. The first time it happened, I eventually after trying numerous times got in. The second time it happened, I change my password, using the password reset option. Can someone tell me what is happening with this model computer? What is the cause and how can I stop it? I await the community response. Thank you.

Are you using a local account or a Microsoft account to log in?
