I restarted my computer and Ihave not been able to get to the internet or stay connected. I recently took my laptop to the shop for this issue. It stayed connected there for 48 hours. At home, it would not. I got a new router and for the last 10 days its been fine. The network adapter driver is updated. I am not sure what restarting could have done. Here is what I have experienced:
1. Its connected but shows No internet access.
2. Instead of the wifi symbol I see a globe. I can't right click on it. When I click on it I see a) nothing but the airplane mode box that isn't highlighted; no list of networks, b) a blank box or c)it shows my network name with a disconnect button that does nothing.
I have ran sfc/scannow and restarted my computer and it connected for about 20 minutes. It did say I had corrupt files.
Please help me, I am desperate to get 100% functional so I can work.
