HP Laptop 14s-dq0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi guys,

so my laptop was working fine earlier, opened it up again and it wouldn’t connect to my internet, it now says no wifi networks found, even though im connected to my wifi on my phone and other devices, ive tried troubleshooting and everything it says to do,  HP support assistant says theres no near wifis, again even though my phone is connected. Ive also tried uninstalling and installing the network adapter on device management, basically tried everything google has said to do.

any ideas?

What is your HP Laptop 14s-dq0xxx  ? Sounds like its wifi adapter only supports 2.4GHz networks. Please allow your router to broadcast DUAL bands. Your machine should be able to "see" the 2.4GHz network and allow you to connest

Regards.
