Hello, 

I am having trouble with my laptop where it shuts down periodically and instantly restarts but the network connection is unavailable. I am unable to even search for a network as troubleshooting just says to plug in an ethernet cord. I have reset my PC and it worked temporarily but another shutdown repeated the issue. Is there any reason for the shutdown or how to stop it? (I have the laptop plugged in most of the time it occurs)
