Suddenly my laptop does not connect with the HP printer thru wi-fi . With HP smart app. an error code 0x800706ba popups when trying to print a file . The wi-fi network is the same for both HP printer and Laptop. My san computer can print correctly thru the same wi-fi network. Any attemp to ri-configure the hp printer does not go thru ..
Any suggestion how to proceed towards a solution?

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Purtroppo la modifica non ha risolto il problema . Sembra che windows update non funzioni e non consente di configurare la stampante HP dopo il parziale reset . l'errore di installazione 0x80070103 viene mostrato nel tentativo di installare nuove stampanti. H
