Try to go online and will not happen

tried plugging in a dongle and still no joy

after going in a little further. via device manager the realtek adaptor has a orange symbol on it.

Once i click on this i get the properties tab up.

under device status,  its saying:  this device cannot start (code 10)

Operation failed
