can some help me not seeing my network on my laptop

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
 

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you have trouble connecting the PC to the Wifi network, Sorry to hear about the issue, please do try the BIOS Restore and let us know if this helps if not we have to try advanced troubleshooting.

BIOS Restore :
1) Shutdown the computer and keep the  charger plugged
2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.  
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B button until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.  
4) Follow on-screen instructions and click on OK
