HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-ch0000 IDS Base Model

I am not sure anyone can assist me with this question, but I am asking anyway. I have had this laptop I ordered, customized, new 1 year ago. I have had recurrent problems (starting about 1 month after I received it) with Wi-Fi and networking connectivity. I have called HP support multiple times after I attempted to correct the problem on my own, but each time it stops recognizing the Wi-Fi adapter and says it is not operational. It occasionally does not recognize my ethernet connection. Support continues to have me update and reinstall the who system. Is there a lemon law for something like this? I feel like they should either replace it completely at this point or give me a loaner while they correct and test this one. Seriously, if I wanted a desktop, I would have ordered one, but at this point I may be better off. I can't use my laptop on the internet without ethernet. I am remarkably busy and need my computer to work. I don't have time to keep calling HP for temporary fixes as I am doing at this very moment. Any comments or suggestions are welcome. I have been very patient with the support team thus far, but I am feeling frustrated with this whole situation and am starting to feel like they are just putting a Band-Aid on it.
