Hello HP Support Community,

I have an HP S500 Wireless Mouse (Product No: 7YA11PA#ACJ), but I’ve unfortunately lost the original USB receiver that came with it. I would like to know if it is possible to obtain a replacement USB receiver for this model.

Additionally, I have a TP-Link USB Bluetooth receiver. Could you please confirm if this can be used to connect the HP S500 mouse to my computer?

It is NOT compatible with HP Link-5 technology therefore you have to buy a whole new set
