For the love of God. How do you even find the right place to post a question?!!?
There is no option to select Wireless Keyboard and Mouse or periphery devices!
My dongle for the Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 800 is gone. Lost.
What can I do?
Do I have to throw the set now and buy a new one?
P.S. This website does not recognise the serial number of the devices: [Personal Information Removed]

Is its a Mycrosoft device ? Sorry I don't know but generally you have to but a new set because each set has its own USB dongle UNLESS it uses HP Link- technology or Logitech

Perhaps a Logitech USB Unifying Receiver (p/n: B072JW9LT8) "2.4 GHz Wireless Technology, USB Plug Compatible with all Logitech Unifying Devices like Wireless Mouse and Keyboard" may work.
Look, a wireless keyboard/mouse connects with the matching wireless receiver (dongle). The dongle is often product-specific, meaning, that unless you find an identical dongle, it's game over, and you would be better off buying a new keyboard/mouse combo. If your PC has Bluetooth, consider getting a Bluetooth combo. No dongle required.
Kind Regards,
