The 2734e can operate in the 2.4 and the 5ghz band. I suspect the problem is the SSID of both bands is the same and the printer gets a different IP address when it wakes up from sleep or after power fail. Make the printer use only the 2.4ghz band. You will have to log into the modem and rename one of the bands.
Also, you should be using the hostname of the printer and not it IP address. Get a network report from the printer and obtain the hostname. A hostname typically has the HP printer name ID and the network name such as
NPI40CB07.attlocal.net
You then put the hostname into the printer properties using the Windows control panel
