Hi @Deif,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Wi-Fi driver! Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Update the Wi-Fi driver: Visit the HP Support website to download the latest Wi-Fi driver for your HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg3000

  2. Reinstall the Wi-Fi driver: Sometimes, reinstalling the driver can fix the issue. You can do this by:
    • Going to Device Manager.
    • Finding your Wi-Fi adapter under Network adapters.
    • Right-clicking and selecting Uninstall device.
    • Restart your laptop, which should automatically reinstall the driver.

  3. Check for Windows updates: Ensure your Windows operating system is up to date, as updates can sometimes fix driver issues.

  4. Network Troubleshooter: Use the built-in Windows Network Troubleshooter to diagnose and fix network problems. You can find this in Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Internet Connections.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Hi @Deif,

Great to hear that reinstalling the Wi-Fi drivers solved the issue! 🎉 That usually clears up connection-related glitches with printing.

If anything else pops up—printer settings, ink issues, scanning problems—feel free to reach out.

Take care and have a good day.
