Unable to connect iPhone to laptop W11.  iPhone can see laptop. On iPhone laptop selected and the selection keeps searching for connection. Try Bluetooth no connection to iPhone. USB cable connection tried until to connect iPhone. Connection work once three days ago. Tried to different iPhones no connection to laptop. Check all setting in Network & Internet Mobile Hotspot on share over wi fi. The password is correct Band 5 GHz. Devices connected 0 of 8.

Can you do another way around (notebook to connect to phone hotspot) ?

I am on a cruise ship now Download 6.45 Mbps Upload 1.49 Mbps. A few days ago it was Download 10 Mbps and Upload 10 Mbps. The connection worked once the second day. I have tried to different i Phones using WI FI  and Bluetooth. The iPhones screens shows the HP Laptop and the iPhones attempt to connect but keeping spinning without connecting.

Ok, check your Cruise ship to see is it on the zone to has phone signal ? Ask the captain
