Dear team,  Im using Hp loptop module : RTL8723DE. Wifi 5ghz is not showing on the loptop even in the device manager i have checked with the help of google but no use.

Pl rectify the isssue.

Hi:

 

There's nothing wrong with the Wi-Fi card or your notebook.

 

That model Wi-Fi card can only operate on the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band.

 

RTL8723DE - Realtek | Wireless Chipset

 

You would have to remove and replace the RTL8723DE Wi-Fi card with this dual band model to connect to the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band or buy a USB dual band Wi-Fi adapter.
