Hello

I got a problem with my wi-fi connection. it keeps disconnecting frequently and it's annoying

things that should be known, I'm using windows 10 64-bit, my airplane mode if off, there is no issues with my internet router or my wi-fi since other devices works just find without disconnecting. the router in notebook is Realtek RTL8822CE. 11ac PCle and i've updated it.

also, I've uncheck  "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the connectivity issue. 

 

Let's try these steps -

 

Step 1 Network Troubleshooter -

1) In the search box, type and open "Troubleshooter".

2) Click on "Network and Internet".

3) Click on "Internet Connections".

 

Step 2 Run Network commands -

1) In the search box on the taskbar, type Command prompt, press and hold (or right-click) Command prompt, and then select Run as administrator > Yes.

2) At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:

Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.

Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

 

Step 3 Re-install the Network Adapter -

1) In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the list of results.

2) In Device Manager, select Network adapters > the network adapter name.

3) Right-click on the network adapter, and then select Uninstall device > Delete the driver software for this device check box > Uninstall.

4) Restart the computer.

 

Also, try updating the computer using these steps -

 

Step 4 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

 

Step 5 HP Support Assistant Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

thank you for the advise, now it's keep disconnecting every 10 minutes.
I've already follow the procedures, the troubleshoot didn't show any troubles
I've already uninstall the adapter and of course it would be back when I restart it.

and already check any updates from windows and HP support but everything is latest version already.

so, the solution doesn't solved it and it getting worse.
