MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter repeatedly fails

My Bluetooth will randomly turn off and the setting will disappear from my computer, disconnecting any connected devices.

I am running Windows 11 25H2 and BIOS Version AMI F.31, 4/22/2025.

The only thing that has fixed it so far is power flushing the laptop, which works, but only temporarily until it fails again. It takes a long time to power flush and restart the laptop and is frankly annoying as hell. 

It only seems to happen after Windows has been running for a little while, as far as  I can tell it has not happened immediately after power flushing. 

I have observed that the MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter displays Code 43, though I believe it may have been Code 45 in the past. Mediatek Bluetooth Adapter shows a small yellow "!" next to it this time, but I'm unsure if that has happened every time.

Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI) and Bluetooth LE Generic Attribute Service display code 45. 

I have also tried:
- Restarting the laptop normally (does not work)
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers (both for the MediaTek Adapter, and the Bluetooth devices which I use regularly) 
- Re-pairing the Bluetooth devices that I use regularly 
- Checking that the startup processes of the Bluetooth adapter/radio are correctly set to automatic
- Checking that none of the Bluetooth devices are able to be turned off by the power management settings
- Setting a scheduled task to automatically turn Bluetooth on
- Reinstalling Windows/reverting to a past save point 
... and many, many other things, all of varying degrees of insanity but the same degree of failure. 

Though I doubt it's pertinent, I also had a fair bit of coil whine yesterday. I also clean my laptop regularly of dust/debris. On the same device, the camera hardware registers as having been disconnected (this problem has lasted far longer than the Bluetooth one, but I thought I'd mention it just in case. I tried similar methods of fixing it but eventually gave up.)
