Hi @harshal12345678,

Welcome to HP Support Community!

We noticed that this thread hasn't had any updates in a while since your original post; while this is rare, we didn't want this post to remain unanswered, so, here's the solution to your query. We hope it helps you and everyone viewing this post 😊

If you're having issues with the MediaTek MT7921 Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax PCIe Adapter on an HP device, it's possible that the drivers are missing or not installed correctly. Here are a few steps you can take:

  1. Check Device Manager:

    • Open "Device Manager" on your Windows device (you can search for it in the Start menu).
    • Look for "Network adapters" and see if the MediaTek MT7921 adapter is listed. If it's not, there might be an issue with the driver installation.
  2. Update Drivers:

    • Visit the HP support website and navigate to the drivers section for your specific laptop model.
    • Download and install the latest drivers for the network adapter.
  3. Windows Update:

    • Run Windows Update to see if it automatically finds and installs any missing drivers.
  4. Reinstall Driver:

    • If the driver is listed but not functioning properly, you can try uninstalling it from Device Manager and then restarting your computer. Windows may automatically reinstall the driver upon reboot.
  5. HP Support Assistance:

    • Use HP Support Assistant, an application pre-installed on HP computers, which can help diagnose and fix hardware issues including driver problems.

Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved, and if you feel this reply was helpful, click “Yes”.

Thanks for being part of the HP Community!
