A while ago a window with the header Microsoft.NET Framework keeps popping up and I can't figure out why. Microsoft .NET Framework.PNG

I suggest you run the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool from this Link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=30135

 

This tool detects and tries to fix some frequently occurring issues with the setup of Microsoft .NET Framework or with updates to the Microsoft .NET Framework.
