Hello, @Sgeorgiou – Hope you are well 🙂
Welcome to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips.
Going through your post, this looks like some issues with the browser. I would suggest you reset the Internet explorer and then try to print. Try the steps below:
- Press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "inetcpl.cpl" and press enter.
- “Internet Properties” window opens. Go to “Advanced” tab and then click on “Reset” option.
- Make sure you check the box which says “Delete the personal settings”. Restart the Internet explorer and then try to access the internet.
If this resolves the issue with the Internet explorer, try to reset the Edge browser as well. Follow the steps:
- Open the “Settings” menu by clicking the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner of the Edge window and choose “Settings.”
- Under Clear browsing data, click “Choose what to clear” and then click “Show more.” There are a lot of data types here. Select them all and click “Clear.”
- Restart your PC and re-open Edge for a clean slate.
Please let me know whether that works for you or you need further assistance. Thank you!
Cheers 🙂

I have the same problem, but IE already works fine. However, I don't like using it because it is slower. I tried clearing my data like you said, but it seems to never finish clearing. It's been saying it's clearing the data for a while now. Any other suggestions?
