Hi:

Wireless Display is not supported with W10 on notebooks with the Intel 3rd generation processors or older.

See the WiDi specs below...

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000014932/emerging-technologies.html

Intel® Wireless Display (Intel® WiDi)

Processors

One of the following processors is required:
•2nd generation Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7 Mobile Processor (not supported with Windows® 10)
3rd Generation Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7 Mobile and Desktop Processor (not supported with Windows 10)

It can be done. Just uninstal and delete Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 driver and instal it again. This works on EliteBook 8470p on win 10
